Privacy & company information

Privacy policy

ARTONE INTERACTIVE DOO BAR is responsible for personal data processed through this website and our business correspondence. Our registered address and contact details appear below.

Visiting this website

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and time of access to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website. Fonts and portfolio media are served from this website.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, name if supplied, message and attachments. We use these to respond to you and discuss or carry out a project: to take steps at your request before a contract, fulfil a contract, or manage other correspondence in our legitimate business interests. Providing these details is voluntary, but we need a reply address to respond. Business email is handled through Google Workspace. Do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

Cookies, local storage and your choices

We save your consent categories and the date of your choice in your browser under artone_consent for up to 180 days. This essential local storage remembers both acceptance and rejection. If you enable preferences, an interactive case view also uses session storage (vantoro-liquid-preview-v2) to remember that its opening animation has played, until the tab is closed. Optional preferences, analytics and marketing default to off. With your analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and interactions using page URLs, referrers, browser/device details, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Its _ga and _ga_* first-party cookies distinguish visitors and sessions and normally expire after two years, renewed on a consenting visit. This processing is based on your consent. No advertising tags are configured. Google Tag Manager is requested only after you allow analytics or marketing; that request provides Google with technical connection data, including your IP address and browser information. Permission to load the manager is not permission for unrelated tags. You can reject optional processing or change your choice using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect earlier lawful processing. Clearing browser storage removes your saved choice.

Recipients and international processing

Access is limited to authorised people managing our website and correspondence, and service providers needed for those purposes: Cloudflare for hosting/security and Google for Workspace, consent-controlled Analytics and tag management. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. These providers operate internationally, including outside Montenegro and the European Economic Area. Applicable data-protection safeguards are required for those transfers; contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

How long information is kept

The consent record expires after 180 days. We retain enquiries only for the time needed to handle them and any resulting project or dispute. Contract, accounting and related correspondence may need to be retained for applicable legal record-keeping and limitation periods. Technical logs are subject to the hosting provider’s service and security retention settings. You can ask us for the retention criteria applying to a particular record.

Your rights

You can request access to and correction of your personal data, and deletion where processing is unlawful or the data is no longer needed. Depending on the applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing or receive portable data. You may withdraw consent at any time. Contact datapolicy@artone.ltd; we may request proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the applicable legal deadline. You can complain to Montenegro’s Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (AZLP), or to your competent supervisory authority where applicable. We do not use your enquiries for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
